Orders and Payments
What currency does your site use?
We will process your payment in TRY and EUR. The conversion is handled by your financial institution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro through secure payment gateway IYIZCO. You will be directed to the payment page.
Cargo
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 7 business days of ordering from our Istanbul warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. After your order is shipped, you can expect it to take 2-10 business days to reach you. Please allow an additional 9 trading days during discount periods. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays and do not deliver on Saturdays. ITMFL is not responsible for delays caused by local disruptions.
What is the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on all orders over EUR 300 and free returns on all orders worldwide! Orders under 300 EUR will have a shipping cost of 15 EUR. All of our cargo shipments are free of charge for your domestic orders.
