RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from www.inthemoodforlove.com.tr, you have the opportunity to return the products to us. We want you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us, so we offer a convenient and free returns service. You have 14 days to return your order to you (or another person you designate) from the day you received it. 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been customized with special design additions according to customer requests.

items must be returned in the same original conditions, carefully packaged and with the return tag still attached. A new size/color will be sent as soon as we receive the replacement item. inthemoodforlove.com.tr reserves the right to refuse returns that are not properly packaged or with materials different from the original.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country from which the shipment was sent.
To initiate the exchange or return process, customers can contact the ITMFL customer service team by e-mail containing their order number at hello@inthemoodforlove.com.tr.

The product/products that do not comply with ITMFL's return policy will not be considered and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

PAY BACK

In case the customer requests the return of the returned product(s), a credit note will be given after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after quality control on the product(s).

The return procedure will take 10 days after the product/products arrive at the warehouse. Any currency changes during the return period will not be refunded.

Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used at checkout. The refunded amount will be available on the next billing statement. This can vary depending on banks and lenders, it can take up to 30 business days.
