Shipping Policy

  1. The Seller will dispatch the Products through the contracted courier company within a maximum of 30 days. If the courier company does not have a branch where the Buyer is located, the Buyer must receive the Product from the nearest branch of the courier company within 7 days at the latest; otherwise, the Buyer will be responsible for all resulting damages and expenses.

  2. In the event that the Buyer is not personally present at their address during the delivery of the Products, and the individuals at the address refuse to accept the delivery, the Seller will be considered to have fulfilled its obligation in this regard. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the delivery, or if the person/organization to be delivered to does not accept the delivery, the Seller cannot be held responsible. In such cases, any damages resulting from the Buyer's delay in receiving the Product, the Product remaining at the courier company, and the expenses incurred due to the return of the shipment to the Seller will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

  3. The Buyer is responsible for checking the Product upon delivery, and in the event of any problems with the Product due to shipping, refusing to accept the Product and making a record with the courier company representative. Otherwise, the Seller will not accept any responsibility.

  4. If the delivery of the Product cannot be made within the legal period due to force majeure circumstances, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer. In such a case, the Buyer may cancel the order or wait until the force majeure situation ends. If the Seller cannot supply the Product, the Seller will inform the Buyer clearly within a maximum of 3 days from the date of learning about this situation, and the Buyer will cancel the order. In such a case, the Seller will refund the total amount paid by the Buyer within 14 days of the order cancellation. The Buyer will not have any additional financial or moral claims against the Seller in such circumstances.

  5. If, for any reason, the bank/financial institution that owns the credit card used in the transaction does not pay the Product price to the Seller or requests a refund of the paid amount, the Product will be returned to the Seller by the Buyer within 3 days at the latest. If the non-payment of the Product price is due to a fault or negligence of the Buyer, the shipping costs will be covered by the Buyer. The Seller's rights, including tracking the collection of the Product price without accepting the return, will be reserved separately and in any case.
